Florida Supreme Court Disbars Coral Gables Attorney Who Practiced While Suspended Over Trust-Record Contempt

According to The Florida Bar News’s February 1, 2025 report, the Supreme Court of Florida disbarred Debbie Rachelle Campbell of Coral Gables, effective immediately following a January 13, 2025 order in Case No. SC24-1563, after she was previously held in contempt and suspended for failure to comply with a subpoena duces tecum for trust-account records and then continued to engage in the practice of law while suspended [1].
