What happened
France's Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) published on 19 October 2026 a list of new websites it identified during the third quarter as offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services illegally in France; since the start of 2026 it has added 64 names to this blacklist. The new sites are: alphaairobot.com, ambrielle-novairex-fr.com, aureoncorevix.net, aureon-corevix.net, aureoncorevix-fr.com, bitgrokapp.com, bitkelttrade.com, corpagenesis-fr.net, couponeau.co, cronetrium-system-fr.com, cryptobullbear.com, dynamictrevion.fr, elan-monrevo.com, essorinvexaro.fr, essor-invexaro.fr, a landing page on francejournal.info, infoprolive.com, three pages on investpathline.com (/fr/1/, /fr/2/, /fr/3/), margissance.fr, neuve-markvere.com, optimalduck.autos, valcreditance.com, vaste-rendlieu.com and zanexarolu.com. The AMF says the list is updated regularly but is not exhaustive, and points investors to its white list of authorised crypto-asset service providers (CASP) to check whether an entity may operate in France.
What the warning means
The AMF is France's financial markets regulator. Its 19 October 2026 release lists the new addresses it identified during the third quarter in the crypto-asset category. Several entries are variants of the same name, such as aureoncorevix.net, aureon-corevix.net and aureoncorevix-fr.com, or essorinvexaro.fr and essor-invexaro.fr, and three entries are separate pages on investpathline.com, so the 26 entries cover 24 distinct sites.
The full list of websites not authorised to offer crypto-assets or crypto-asset services is on the AMF website (Warnings, then Blacklists) and on the Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice (ABEIS) website. The AMF notes that the list is updated regularly but is not exhaustive, because new unauthorised actors appear regularly; a site's absence from the list does not mean it is authorised.
To check that an entity offering crypto-asset services may operate in France, the AMF points to its white list of licensed crypto-asset service providers (CASPs). Questions can be sent to the AMF through its website or by phone on +33 (0)1 5345 6200, and its Protect Epargne site gives further guidance.

Red flags
- A crypto investment or trading site that isn't on the AMF's white list of licensed CASPs.
- Several near-identical domains for the same brand, such as versions with hyphens or '-fr' added.
- Promises of high or guaranteed returns from crypto trading or 'AI' robots.
- Pressure to deposit quickly, or fees demanded before a withdrawal.
If you were targeted
- 1Don't deposit money or crypto with any site on the AMF blacklist.
- 2Check the AMF's white list of licensed crypto-asset service providers before using any crypto service in France.
- 3If you've paid, contact your bank or exchange immediately and report the matter to the police.
- 4Contact the AMF or check its Protect Epargne site if you're unsure about an offer.
- 5Be wary of anyone who later offers to recover lost funds for a fee.
