What happened
On 5 November 2026 Italy's securities regulator CONSOB announced the blocking of seven unauthorised trading websites: Quantiumax (https://quantiumax.one), Bloomquix (https://bloomquix.com), Siranogroup (https://siranogroup.biz), Infinite Markets (https://infinitemarkets.trade), "CMC Trading" and "Genesis-Arbit" (CONSOB's English and Italian press releases pair "CMC Trading" with https://genesis-arbit.com and "Genesis-Arbit" with https://cmctradingeu.com, which appears to be transposed; CONSOB's blocking order, Resolution No. 24192 of 4 November 2026, lists both sites without names), and Hubtrading (https://hubtrading.com).
How the scam works
CONSOB says these sites offered investment services to Italian investors without the required authorisation, and that it ordered network operators to block access to them. The announcement sits alongside a separate list of Renditanzia crypto-asset domains in the same press release. Blocking is an administrative measure aimed at protecting Italian retail investors; it is not a finding of criminal guilt against named persons.
Investors who use unauthorised platforms typically lack the protections that apply when dealing with authorised intermediaries in Italy. CONSOB advises checking authorisation status before transferring funds, and being cautious of platforms promoted through cold calls or social media. Anyone who has already sent money to one of the listed sites should keep payment records and consider reporting the matter to CONSOB and to Italian law enforcement. The announcement is published by CONSOB; scammers.com has summarised it and not independently verified the underlying trading activity.
