What happened
In an alert posted on X on October 13, 2026, Foil (@Foil667) warned that two more "Accred ($CRED) Giveaway" scam clones were live at robinhood-main-dex-vtp.netlify.app and robinhood-main-dex-eqi.netlify.app.
The post said the sites drain wallets on approval and advised trusting only links from official $CRED accounts. The Robinhood name was used in the addresses; Robinhood was not involved.
How the scam works
Crypto giveaway and airdrop scams copy a real project's name and announce free tokens through posts and replies on X. The link leads to a page that asks you to connect your wallet and approve a transaction to "claim". That approval lets a drainer move tokens out of the wallet.
Free hosting on netlify.app subdomains lets scammers launch new copies quickly when old ones are reported.
Note: this report is based on a short public post on X. The "How the scam works" section describes how this type of scam generally operates; it does not add details about this specific site beyond what the post says.

Red flags
- Airdrop or giveaway links hosted on netlify.app or other free hosting.
- Contract addresses posted by new or unofficial accounts.
- Being asked to connect your wallet and approve a transaction to claim free tokens.
If you were targeted
- 1Do not connect a wallet to, or sign anything on, the listed site.
- 2If you already approved a transaction there, revoke token approvals using a reputable approval-checker for your wallet's network, and move remaining funds to a new wallet if you are unsure what you signed.
- 3If you entered a recovery phrase anywhere, treat that wallet as compromised: create a new wallet with a new phrase and move any remaining assets.
- 4Report the site to your wallet provider and to the FBI at ic3.gov (or your national cybercrime agency).
