What happened
On 29 October 2026 the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) added 'investvision-ag.com' to its warning list of companies and individuals that may be carrying out activities requiring authorisation without being authorised by FINMA. FINMA lists the website www.investvision-ag.com and an address given as 4310 Rheinfelden, and notes that the entity is not entered in the commercial register. FINMA's remarks state that the website is not related to the legitimate company InvestVision AG in Rheinfelden, which is registered in the Swiss commercial register. FINMA gives the register number CHE-103.264.702 for that company.
How the scam works
FINMA's warning list names companies and individuals that may be carrying out activities that require authorisation without having it. The entry is a caution, and FINMA does not describe in it how the site works or whether anyone has lost money. Websites of this kind usually present an investment or advisory service that looks established, quote a Swiss address and invite visitors to open an account or send funds. Here the address is investvision-ag.com and the address given is a town, Rheinfelden, with no street.
FINMA's entry is useful because it separates the website from the registered company: a website with a similar name may be mistaken for a real firm, so the register entry and the exact web address matter. A reader who is unsure should look up the firm in the Swiss commercial register and in FINMA's list of authorised institutions, and contact the firm using details found independently, not those on the website.
