What happened
MalwareTips published an investigation on 3 November 2026 describing Fortnate.vu as a fake crypto casino. According to MalwareTips, the site poses as a decentralised, “provably fair” crypto gaming platform with a polished lobby, Crash, Plinko, Mines and slot games, an oversized promo-code bonus at signup and “recent wins” and “withdrawals” feeds that scroll without end. MalwareTips did not give a registration date for Fortnate.vu in its report.
How the scam works
MalwareTips says the layout, games, bonus pitch and withdrawal message of Fortnate.vu are repeated across a long list of domains that come and go. It names examples of lookalike domains built from the same kit, including Bunodex.com, TryGamb.cc, Olympus-games.net, KaiWin.cc, Betaras.com and Acegam.com. The report says changing domains helps the operators because complaints and bad reviews stay with the old name, the adverts carry on pointing to a new address, and new names carry no warnings yet.
The typical sequence, it says, begins with a promo code in a social media advert or chat group, quick signup without checks, and a large bonus. After a few easy wins, the first withdrawal brings a notice about verification, a locked wallet or a minimum deposit. The site then asks for a new crypto deposit, often $100 to $500, which it calls a verification deposit, activation fee, network fee, security deposit or wallet validation. According to MalwareTips each payment is followed by another request and users who stop paying get slower replies and then silence.
MalwareTips says such sites often cite celebrities who are not involved, such as Elon Musk, MrBeast, Drake, Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates, and that no credible evidence links any of them to these casinos. It recommends a withdrawal test with a small amount of the bonus and treating any request for a deposit, fee or wallet connection as the sign of the trap. For people who have paid, its advice is to make no further payments and keep the evidence. These are MalwareTips' own findings and have not been verified by scammers.com.
