What happened

MalwareTips published an investigation on 7 November 2026 calling win777gold.vip a fake crypto casino. MalwareTips found that win777gold.vip was registered on June 21, 2026, that its URL scanner rates it High Risk (21/100), that 5 of 92 VirusTotal vendors flag it and is built from the same site kit as omavao.com, betenor.com, jeton.casino and elephant-bet.top, which MalwareTips has already exposed as scams.

How the scam works

According to MalwareTips, the site presents itself as a decentralised, provably fair gaming platform with familiar games such as Crash, Plinko and Mines, and credits a large promo-code bonus right after registration. The balance looks real and can even appear to grow as the user plays. When the user tries to withdraw, the site demands a fresh crypto deposit labelled as a verification, activation, network or security fee. After that is paid, further fees follow, while nothing is ever paid out.

MalwareTips says such sites are pushed through promo codes in TikTok and YouTube ads, social media posts and Discord or Telegram groups, often with videos showing someone apparently winning and cashing out. The bonus is the bait: users feel they are only paying a small fee to unlock a much larger balance, and each new fee is presented as the last step. Because the deposits are sent in cryptocurrency, they are very hard to trace or reverse.

MalwareTips advises not depositing anything, never paying a verification or activation fee to unlock a withdrawal, and never granting wallet permissions to such a site, since a wallet connection or token approval can let operators drain funds directly. Anyone who has paid should stop sending money, keep transaction records, report to the exchange used to buy the crypto and to police, and ignore recovery services that promise to get the money back for a fee.
