What happened

MalwareTips reported on 30 October 2026 that Willorahome.com is a high-risk online store, and it advises not to buy there. In its description the store advertises clothes, gadgets and gifts at steep discounts using pictures from other brands or sellers, while the products are sent from low-cost suppliers in China and arrive as very low-quality goods that look nothing like the ads. MalwareTips found the domain was registered on 10 July 2026, and its URL scanner gives the site a Safety Score of 15/100, rated Dangerous.

How the scam works

MalwareTips describes the same sequence for most orders. An ad on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok shows an unusually cheap price, often with a “limited time” tag, and the shop looks like an established business, with categories, star ratings and a friendly About Us page that is usually stock template copy shared by many unrelated shops. The shop itself never handles the goods. It controls the prices, ads and checkout, and a supplier ships the order. The quoted delivery of 5 to 7 days can stretch to three or four weeks, tracking may stall and some orders are split into several parcels.

The refund terms are where buyers lose out. Returns usually have to be mailed back to China at the buyer's own expense, and postage can exceed the price of a $25 item. Support is slow and email-only. Asked for a refund, the store typically offers 15% to 30% back to keep the item, which leaves the buyer paying most of the price for a poor product. MalwareTips says the store belongs to a network of near-identical shops that reuse templates, product photos and return policies and reopen under new names, so complaints do not follow them. Its advice is not to buy from the shop, to pay by a method with buyer protection if you ever do, and to check a store's company details, return address and domain age first.
