Offering a “free will” to someone over 65 and writing yourself in as the fee-earning personal representative is a classic elder-targeting pattern. According to The Florida Bar News’s July 1, 2024 report, the Supreme Court of Florida granted Joseph Lester Boles Jr.’s petition for disciplinary revocation with leave to apply for readmission in five years, effective 30 days following a May 30, 2024 order in Case No. SC24-0586 [1].

Status: Disciplinary revocation with leave after five years (tantamount to disbarment per Bar News), effective ~30 days after May 30, 2024 [1].
