What happened
The UK Financial Conduct Authority published a warning on October 14, 2026 that Eha Markets (website www.ehamarkets.pro) may be providing or promoting financial services or products without its permission. The FCA says the firm is not authorised and may be targeting people in the UK, and advises people to avoid dealing with it and beware of scams. The warning lists a telephone number, +7027064466, and an address at 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB. The FCA notes that firms like this may give contact details, including postal addresses, that belong to other businesses so they look genuine.
How the scam works
Firms on the FCA's warning list typically contact people with investment, trading or crypto opportunities. The FCA warns that unauthorised firms may give contact details that belong to other businesses so the information looks genuine.
If you deal with an unauthorised firm, you won't have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service and won't be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, so it's unlikely you'd get your money back if things go wrong. Payments sent to a fraudster on or after 7 October 2024 may be covered by Payment Systems Regulator protections.
