Jury convicts Naples, NY contractor Joel Smith and Naples Contracting Inc. of stealing $50,000+ from a deposit

A Schuyler County, NY jury convicted Naples contractor Joel Smith, 67, and Naples Contracting Inc. (also known as Diversified Contracting Co.) of stealing more than $50,000 from a customer's $90,000 home-improvement deposit. Sentencing is set for 17 December.
